Dr. Hohnhaus founded the group together with Peter Jansenberger in 2014. He is involved in all business operations of the medical technology division as well as in the group’s M&A activities. At the same time, he is on the Advisory Board of all companies dealing with gastronomy equipment.
Dr. Hohnhaus is currently Managing Partner at STAHL Metall and Medizintechnik GmbH, STAHL Hygienic Room Solutions GmbH and STAHL Bahnküchentechnik GmbH and supports the operational management with particular focus on sales and marketing. Dr. Hohnhaus studied and holds a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Nuremberg. He also studied at the Lund University in Sweden.
Dr. Hohnhaus has been an active entrepreneur for more than ten years and is experienced in leading and developing medium-sized companies.

Peter Jansenberger founded the group together with Dr. Wolfgang Hohnhaus in 2014. He is involved in all business operations of the industry kitchen division as well as in the group’s M&A activities. At the same time, he is on the Advisory Board of all companies dealing with medical technology.
Peter Jansenberger is currently managing director at STAHL Grossküchen Manufaktur GmbH, GTA GmbH and Gebrüder Holzwarth GmbH and supports the operational management with particular focus on sales, marketing and purchasing. Peter Jansenberger studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Busienss Administration.
Peter has been working as an entrepreneur for five years in the area of company acquisitions and is experienced in leading and developing medium-sized companies.

As CFO at Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Gruppe, Mr. Willmann is responsible for finance, cash management, administration and reporting. Furthermore, Mr. Willmann is interim CFO of STAHL Metall und Medizintechnik GmbH.
Bevor Peter Willmann in die Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Gruppe eingetreten ist, arbeitete er als Director M&A und Controlling bei Bosch Sicherheitssysteme. Dort leitete er Kauf- und Verkaufsprojekte, Due Diligences, Integrations- und Restrukturierungsprojekte.
Zuvor war er bei KPMG Corporate Finance in Berlin und München Manager im Bereich M&A bei insbesondere Medienunternehmern. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte umfasste Leitung von M&A Transaktionen, Verhandlungsführung und –unterstützung, Deal Origination, Bewertungen, Financial Modelling und Businesspläne.
Herr Willmann schloss sein Betriebswirtschaftsstudium an der Universität Augsburg als Diplom Kaufmann ab.
As portfolio manager, Mr. Wingenfeld is responsible for the active support with the acquisition, the integration and the further development of new companies. Moreover, Mr. Wingenfeld is interim CEO of FAR Grossküchen und Kühltechnik GmbH in Radstadt (Austria).
Bevor Christian Wingenfeld in die Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Gruppe eingetreten ist, arbeitete er als Senior Manager bei Accenture Management Consulting. Dort leitete zahlreiche operative Projekte im Rahmen von Innovations- und Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen.
Herr Wingenfeld schloss sein Betriebswirtschaftsstudium an der International School of Management in Dortmund als Diplom Kaufmann ab und hält einen Master of Business Administration der IESE BUSINESS SCHOOL BARCELONA (SPANIEN).
As Head of Legal Dr. Vu is responsible for all legal matters of the Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Group as well as for the legal support of the entire group’s operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Her main focus lies on the supervision and execution of transactions for the Group’s strategic expansion and the investment management.
Before joining the H&J Group, Dr. Vu worked as Senior Associate in international corporate law firms in the area of Corporate/M&A. She gave advise to national and international companies and investors on acquisitions of all kinds, on Joint Ventures, restructurings and in the full range of corporate law.
Dr. Vu completed both the first and second legal state examination in Düsseldorf and the Master of Laws in London. She is certified specialist (Fachanwältin) for commercial and corporate law and has also obtained her doctorate in the field of corporate law. She is a co-author of a lawyer’s manual for German limited liability companies’ law (GmbH-Recht).
Mr. Reiner is responsible for the active support of the group’s M&A activities as well as the monitoring and the business development of the group’s companies.
Prior to Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Group, Mr. Reiner worked as an investment manager for growth equity investor aws Mittelstandsfonds as well as for the lower mid cap PE fund Lead Equities, based in Vienna. During this time, he led and accompanied numerous buyouts and exits in the DACH region.
Mr. Reiner studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the University of Illinois and the UCLA and holds a MSc in international business administration.
Ms. Dolatschko supports the team in all organizational and administrative matters.
Before joining the Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Group Ms. Dolatschko worked as Investment Controller for RWB PrivateCapital Emissionshaus AG. Prior to this, she worked several years as Team Secretary for Munich Private Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KG.
Ms. Dolatschko completed her apprenticeship as hotel specialist in the Munich Marriott Hotel.
